While we don't have a magical snow globe so we can foresee what the world will look like at the end of November, we at the North Pole, are optimistic that this year's Santa Experience will offer families a safer alternative to visiting Santa.
In order to adhere to Covid-19 precautions and to ensure we are doing our best to keep everyone as safe as possible, we will be implementing the following procedures:
As always at the Santa Experience, each family will have their own personal time slot with Santa. Not only will this keep your session personal, but your family will remain separate from other families.
We have moved our Santa Experience to a much larger facility on ground level this year to accommodate better social distancing, air flow, and less people in a concentrated area.
All adults will be required to wear masks. This includes all of Santa's Elves (aka our team), photographers, etc. No one being photographed will be required to wear a mask unless preference is specified at check-in.
Upon arrival, everyone (include our staff and Santa) will have their temperature taken. If someone has a fever, they will not be allowed in. Participants will receive full refund.
Everyone must apply hand sanitizer upon arrival and before visiting with Santa. Santa will be using hand sanitizer between each session.
We have added additional props to our set which allows additional cleaning safeguards between session. In addition, worker elves will be thoroughly cleaning with EPA-registered cleaning and disinfecting products between each family.
